- You may return or exchange your garment within 3 days from the date of receipt.
2. Condition of Garments:
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- If a returned garment is found to be used or damaged, we regret that we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.
3. Return Process:

- Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return or exchange.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
4. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned garment, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the desired size or colour in your return request.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
6. Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a case of an exchange due to size, colour or any exchangeable matters.
